We meet in your home with a curated set of samples, evaluate light, sightlines and lifestyle, then narrow the specification to what genuinely fits.

Measurement
Week 1 · 30 minutes
Every opening is measured with a digital laser to a 1/16″ tolerance, photographed, and drafted — never guessed from plans.

Fabrication
Weeks 2–6
Hunter Douglas builds your order to specification. Fabrics are cut, weighted and hand-finished in our workroom; hardware is prepared for site.

Installation
One appointment
Our in-house install team arrives with protective drops, brackets, and every tool the job needs. We tune every piece, walk you through operation, and take the packaging with us.
